Montoya has an average finish of 30th at Daytona, and isn’t known for his superspeedway skills. Almirola hasn’t been to Daytona, I don’t think. But, they seem to be in good cars, which could make a difference.

DEI was very strong at the last restrictor plate race (Talladega), with cars in position to win in the closing laps, and Mark Martin performed will in his races for them last season.

I think they have the capability to win with Martin Truex Jr. and possibly Juan Pablo Montoya. I know I’ll be watching them on Thursday and definitely on Sunday.
