NASCAR has filed a motion in federal court claiming that Dr. Harvey MacFenerstein, an expert witness for Jeremy Mayfield, lied about this qualifications and certifications. MacFenerstein argued that NASCAR’s drug policy is flawed and does not meet federal workplace guidelines.
