Dodge Motorsports unveiled its Dodge Challenger Car of Tomorrow that will be used in four races in the Nationwide Series next year. They also announced that they would be expanding their relationship with Penske Championship Racing.
Hendrick Motorsports owner Rick Hendrick announced that Lance McGrew will remain crew chief with Dale Earnhardt Jr and the No. 88 team for the 2010 Sprint Cup season. McGrew was named interim crew chief earlier this season, replacing Tony Eury Jr.
The Charlotte News & Observer is reporting that AJ Allmendinger was arrested for driving while intoxicated. After being pulled over Thursday morning at 1:30 a.m., he failed a sobriety test. Richard Petty Motorsports declined to comment.

Joe Gibbs Racing is considering replacing Kyle Busch’s crew chief, Steve Addington, in an effort to improve the team’s on track performance next season, according to ESPN. JD Gibbs, president of JGR, indicated that the decision would be based on more than the team’s performance over the next four races.
Brad Keselowski drove aggressively towards the front of the pack at the Korger for the Cure 250 at Memphis Motorsports Park. Once he got there, he held off Kyle Busch to earn his fourth Nationwide Series victory of the season.
