FoxSports is reporting that NASCAR has confiscated Prism Motorsports’ No. 66 Toyota. The car will not be returned until after qualifying for this weekend’s Las Vegas race. PM is operating on a shoestring budget, meaning they do not have another race-ready car. Thus, they will not be able to field the No. 66 this weekend. As a result, some are questioning whether NASCAR is trying to send a message to “start and park” cars.
