Lifetime TV To Sponsor JRM, Wimmer

JR Motorsports has enterted into a multi-faceted sponsorship deal with Lifetime Television. The deal includes on-car branding and talent appearances. Lifetime’s Army Wives TV show will appear on the No. 7 Chevy to be driven by Scott Wimmer in Saturday’s Nationwide Series race at Nashville Speedway.

Sauter To Drive BCR’s No. 37 In N’Wide

Baker Curb Racing announced that Johnny Sauter will drive the No. 37 Red Man Moist Snuff Ford in the Nationwide Series’ Nashville 300 at Nashville Superspeedway. Greg Biffle has made three starts in the car and has posted two top 10′s and one top 5.

Denny Hamlin, who had to postpone surgery to repair his ACL because the race was delayed due to rain, capitalized on a green-white-checkered finish and a slip-up by Matt Kenseth to win the Goody’s Fast Pain Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway.

Harvick, Hornaday Post 1-2 Finish In Kroger 250

Hamlin Decides To Have Surgery This Week

Denny Hamlin tore his ACL while playing basketball in January. At the time, he decided to postpone surgery until the end of the season. Now, he has decided to go ahead with the surgery on Monday. He said that it wouldn’t be worth it to do more damage. But, was there another factor leading to the change of heart?
