DEI Sued Over GM Bankruptcy Claim

Seaport Group LLC is suing Dale Earnhardt Inc because, Seaport claims, DEI reneged on a deal to sell it a $3.25 million claim in General Motors’s bankruptcy to Seaport for $783,604, according to Bloomberg ^[1]. Seaport is accusing DEI of reneging the deal because the value of the claim increased dramatically after the agreement was made.
