Keyed-Up Motorsports announced that Scott Riggs will drive the No. 90 Chevy at Phoenix and Texas. He replaces Casey Mears, who recently left the team to serve as a backup driver for Denny Hamlin as he recovers from surgery to repair his ACL. Phoenix will be the 2010 Sprint Cup debut for Riggs, who has been driving for RAB Racing in the Nationwide Series.
