ESPN is reporting that Budweiser has talked with Hendrick Motorsports about potentially sponsoring one of the team’s cars after this season. Rick Hendrick indicated that Budweiser could be brought in despite an agreement with Pepsi, depending on which car the Budweiser sponsorship appears. Hendrick also said he is close to re-signing crew chiefs Chad Knaus and Alan Gustafson.
