Despite reports that Hendrick Motorsports is in talks with Phoenix Racing about a potential ride for Kasey Kahne in 2011, James Finch, owner of PR, said that he has not had discussions with Rick Hendrick.
He said:
I’d like to do it, but I have not been contacted by Rick or anyone else at Hendrick Motorsports about Kasey Kahne. We are fielding a car for Jan Magnussen this weekend at Sonoma with sponsorship from Hendrickcars.com. But I won’t be there.
