You&#039;re right, NASCAR is nothing without the drivers. But, drivers are also nothing without NASCAR.

It&#039;s a two-way street. 

I don&#039;t think this will change the way drivers think, act or behave in the long run. 

Immediately following this incident, yes, drivers will be more careful. 

But, it&#039;s only a matter of time before somebody says something again. It&#039;s inevitable. 

I don&#039;t think this will harm the sport. Look at the NFL or NBA -- neither of them are suffering due to fining their players, nor has it stopped players from speaking their minds.]]></description>
