Jayski is reporting that Robby Gordon Motorsports has dissolved its agreement with BAM Racing, and team owner Beth Ann Morganthau. RGM is taking legal action against BAM and Warner Bros. for lack of payment and breach of contract.

The teams formed a technical alliance earlier this year, with RGM providing  BAM with personnel, cars, and technical support.
