Jack Smith, driver of the No. 63 truck in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, has been suspended indefinitely from NASCAR for violating Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2010 NASCAR rule book.
According to a report from SIRIUS Satellite Radio, via Jayski, Smith was suspended after being arrested and charged with three felony counts of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance in Missouri in July.
