NASCAR has issued a penalty to John Loper Jr, a sponsor relations professional with Randy Moss Motorsports (according to LinkedIn. NASCAR called him a crew member). Loper was fined $2,500 and suspended from NASCAR indefinitely due to the violation of Section 12-1 and the unauthorized duplication of a NASCAR Annual Credential.
