Whitney Motorsports announced via its Facebook page, that JJ Yeley will pilot the team’s No. 46 Chevy full time in the Sprint Cup Series in 2011. The team recently announced it would be moving to Chevys in 2011.
Rusty Wallace Racing announced that veteran crew chief Doug Randolph will serve as crew chief for Steve Wallace and the No. 66 Nationwide Series Toyota in 2011.
Penske Racing announced that Todd Gordon, former race-day engineer of Diamond-Waltrip Racing’s No. 99 Nationwide Series team, will be the crew chief for the No. 22 Dodge, driven by Brad Keselowski in 2011.
Kenny Wallace will drive for RAB Racing full time in the Nationwide Series, SceneDaily.com is reporting. Wallace will make his debut at Daytona International Speedway in February in the No. 09 Toyota.
The Kentucky Tourism Development Finance Authority has approved tax incentives for Kentucky Speedway ahead of their Sprint Cup race on July 9th, 2011. The incentive allows the track to recover as much as 25% of development costs through rebates from sales tax generated at the track.

Roush Fenway Racing President Geoff Smith is retiring after 20 years with the team, according to SceneDaily.com. He will leave the team at the end of this week.
Kasey Kahne will run the No. 4 in the Sprint Cup Series in 2011, Red Bull Racing announced via its Twitter page. Kahne raced the No. 4 in Sprint cars.
