RFR Signs Deal With Raybestos, Extends Partnership With Valvoline

Roush Fenway Racing has signed a partnership agreement with Raybestos that will allow the team to run Raybestos brake packages on all four if its Sprint Cup Ford in 2011. The plan is to start with Raybestos packages at short tracks and road courses. Raybestos has provided RFR with brakes before, but the new agreement is part of a larger partnership.

Team owner Jack Roush said:

We had a very successful test with the Raybestos brakes last year, and the feedback from all of our drivers was very positive.┬áThis is the first time as an organization that we’ve designated a single supplier to meet all of our needs – and I think that speaks volumes about the quality products that Raybestos is producing.

RFR also renewed its partnership with Valvoline. The renewal means Valvoline will continue to be the exclusive motor oil provider for the team. It marks Valvoline’s 15th season with RFR.
