Keselowski To Miss Nationwide Race At Bristol
Brad Keselowski will sit out the Nationwide Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway to rest the fractured ankle and strained back he suffered in a test crash at Road Atlanta earlier this month. Keselowski is focusing on the Sprint Cup Series, as he is the current leader for one of the Wild Card spots in the Chase by way of his two wins this season. In the three races since he suffered the injuries, he has finished first, second and third.
Parker Kligerman will drive Penske Racing’s No. 22 Nationwide Dodge in the Food City 250 at Bristol. Kligerman has made one Nationwide start at the famed short track. He started 43rd and finished ninth. Kligerman currently competes in the Camping World Truck Series for Penske.
