Sadler Settles Lawsuit With Richard Petty Motorsports

SceneDaily.com [1] is reporting that Elliott Sadler has settled his lawsuit with Richard Petty Motorsports [2] for undisclosed terms. Sadler filed suit againsts RPM claiming that the team was withholding payment from him as a penalty for convincing Hunt Brothers Pizza to leave RPM.
Sadler drove for RPM and had a separation agreement that requires payment. But, Sadler’s suit claims, RPM was withholding the payment for violation of the non-solicitation clause in the spearation agreement to keep from having to pay him.
