Danica Patrick is expected to announce her intent to move to NASCAR full time in 2012, according to ESPN.com. Patrick will drive the no. 7 JR Motorsports Chevy in the Nationwide Series with sponsorship from GoDaddy.com. She will also drive select Sprint Cup Series races in Chevys prepared by Stewart Haas Racing.
Rockingham To Get SAFER Barriers; Returning To NASCAR?
Rockingham Speedway, which hosted NASCAR series events from 1965 to 2004, will install Steel and Foam Energy Reduction (SAFER) barriers in September, according to ESPN.com.
