Joe Gibbs Racing Sues Sponsor For Failing To Pay

Joe Gibbs Racing has filed a lawsuit in North Carolina Superior Court in Charlotte against Tans-Lux for failing to pay for its sponsorship of the No. 11 Sprint Cup Series team and driver Denny Hamlin.

According to the suit, JGR claims that Trans-Lux, which makes video display boards, agreed to sponsor the No. 11 car for one race this fall but has failed to make the payments. JGR is suing for breach of contract.
