Dollar General Increases Sponsorship Of JGR’s No. 20

Joey Logano does a burnout after winning the NASCAR Nationwide Series Alliance Truck Parts 250 at Michigan International Speedway on June 16, 2012 in Brooklyn, Michigan.Dollar General has increased its sponsorship of Joe Gibbs Racing’s No. 20 Sprint Cup Toyota Camry and driver by Matt Kenseth. In 2013, Dollar General will serve as primary sponsor of the No. 20 for 17 races, up from 12 races this season.

Home Depot, which has sponsored JGR’s No. 20 since 1999, scaled back sponsorship this year, appearing on the car for 24 races this season. Next season, they will appear on the car in 19 races.

Dollar General will also sponsor JGR’s No. 20 Nationwide Series entry, which will be driven by Brian Vickers.

JGR is still seeking sponsorship to field a fourth Sprint Cup team.
