Crew Members Suspended For Violating Substance Abuse Policy

Two NASCAR crew members have been suspended for violating NASCAR’s substance abuse policy.

Jackson L. Dodson II, a crew member in the Sprint Cup Series and Frank W. Earnhardt, a crew member in the Nationwide Series, were indefinitely suspended from NASCAR for violating Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 19 (violation of the NASCAR substance abuse policy) of the 2013 NASCAR Rule Book.

Dodson was found to have violated the rules on May 9th, while Earnhardt was found to have violated the rules on May 10.
