Stremme Out At Swan Racing After Federated Auto Parts 400?

PopularSpeed.com is reporting that David Stremme’s last race driving the No. 30 Swan Racing Chevy will be the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway.

Nationwide Series driver Cole Whitt is expected to replace Stremme in the GEICO 400 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Stremme has made 24 starts this season for Swan. He hasn’t posted a single Top 10. His best finish was 12th in the Aaron’s 499 at Talladega Superspeedway. His average finish is 29th.

There has been no word on whether or not Stremme will remain on as a minority owner of the team.

Jeff Burton is rumored to be a candidate for the No. 30, as he is leaving Richard Childress Racing at the end of the season.
