Bayne To Make Cup Debut With RFR

Trevor Bayne will make his Roush Fenway Racing Sprint Cup Series debut in the Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Veteran crew chief Bob Osborne will be atop the pitbox for the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford.

Bayne, who will drive the No. 6 Ford full-time in 2015, said:

I am very excited to be behind the wheel of the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Fusion this weekend. The No. 6 is such a legendary number to both the sport and this company. To be able to say that I am one of a handful of drivers to race this number in the Cup series is a huge honor. I can’t wait to get to Charlotte.

Bayne must qualify for the race on time.
