AMS Sues Pep Boys Over Race Sponsorship

Atlanta Motor Speedway has filed suit against Pep Boys over a  two-year sponsorship deal. According to court documents, AMS claims that Pep Boys stopped making payments on a $3 million race sponsorship contract.
