Four Teams Penalized For Texas Infractions

NASCAR has penalized Germain Racing's No. 13 and JTG Daugherty Racing's No. 47 teams for rule violations at Texas Motor Speedway. The crew chiefs were fined and placed on probation for the rest of the season. The teams each lost 50 owner's points and 25 driver's points. Two other teams received fines and probation, as well
