ESPN.com is reporting that Ray Evernham is suing Booth Creek Management and Gillett GEMS, LLC for $19.3 millon. Gillett GEMS is a corporation that is made up of four members, including George Gillett Jr., who bought Evernham’s race team, Evernham Motorsports, in 2007.
