Conway, Front Row Motorsports Settle Lawsuit
Kevin Conway, his marketing company Exclaim, and Biotab Nutraceuticals, the makers of ExtenZe, have settled their lawsuits with Front Row Motorsports with neither side receiving money, according to SceneDaily.com. Front Row Motorsports is suing its former driver, Kevin Conway, and sponsor, Biotab Nutraceuticals, which sells ExtenZe, for non-payment of part of a sponsorship deal for Conway to drive a Sprint Cup entry for the team this season.
