NASCAR Penalizes Earnhardt Ganassi Racing
NASCAR issued fines and points penalties to Earnhardt Ganassi Racing after Martin Truex Jr’s car was found to be too low during post-race inspection. Teresa Earnhardt was docked 50 owners’ points. Truex lost 50 drivers’ points, and crew chief Kevin Manion was fined $50,000 and place on probation.

Martin Truex Jr, crew chief Kevin Manion, and car owner Teresa Earnhardt have been fined because Truex’s car was found to be too high during post-race inspection at last weekend’s race.
