Knaus, Gustafson Sign Extensions With HMS

Hendrick Motorsports has announced that the team has signed crew chiefs Chad Knaus and Alan Gustafson to multi-year contract extensions. While Knaus’s role is certain, Gustafson’s role is up in the air after 2011. I have an idea where he might land.

Knaus Extends Deal With Hendrick

Chad Knaus has signed on to remain with Hendrick Motorsports and Jimmy Johnson through 2015. HMS is currently working on a deal to keep Knaus in the Hendrick family for his entire career, but having him for the next five years will have to do, for now.
