General Motors Co will be shutting down its Saturn brand after an agreement with Penske Automotive Group fell through. Penske ended talks with GM, citing concerns of whether it could continue to supply vehicles after a manufacturing contract with GM runs out. The brand and its dealerships will be phased out.
