Armstrong drove the team’s No. 98 Toyota in 14 Camping World Truck Series races this season.

Team spokesman Matt LaNeve said:

We have been very lucky this season with the partners that the Armstrong’s have brought to the No. 98 truck. However sponsorship funding was unable to be secured for the remaining eight races, resulting in ThorSport Racing having to part ways with Dakoda.

Armstrong has posted nine top 20 finishes, with his best finish being a 3rd in the VFW 200 at Michigan International Speedway.

ThorSport plans to continue to field the No. 88 truck for Matt Crafton and the No. 13 truck for Johnny Sauter.
